Miguel Aristizabal is an associate with Keller Landsberg PA focusing primarily on insurance defense. He has previously represented insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters.
Mr. Aristizabal graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Business from Lynn University, where he also received an M.B.A. in international business. He received his law degree from Emory University School of Law in 2016, where he was invited to become part of the Order of Emory Advocates. While pursuing his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Aristizabal was also invited to become a member of Emory Law School’s Moot Court Society, where he competed in the 2015 Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition and placed as a finalist among 60 teams. He also served as a director of the Emory Moot Court Society as well as Vice President of the Latin American Law Student Association.
Mr. Aristizabal was a judicial intern with the 15th Judicial Circuit of Palm Beach County, and a judicial extern for the Honorable Christopher McFadden of the Georgia Court of Appeals. Working closely with the judiciary and being exposed to the inner workings of the trial and appellate level court systems have proven to be invaluable experiences.
Mr. Aristizabal is an attorney licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association, and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
