Christopher Badiavas is an associate with Keller Landsberg PA focusing primarily on commercial property claims and insurance coverage matters. Prior to joining Keller Landsberg PA, Mr. Badiavas worked with a large insurance recovery firm assisting in recovering multi-million dollar claims, leading investigatory inspections of losses on-site, and analyzing policy provisions in accordance with governing Florida statutes. Mr. Badiavas has also worked as a research assistant for a pharmaceutical company preparing applications for FDA approval.
Mr. Badiavas received his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2017, and his undergraduate degree in English with a minor in biology in 2013 from the University of Miami. Prior to law school, he interned for the Office of the Federal Public Defender of the Southern District of Florida. While attending law school, he was a student intern at the Children & Youth Law Clinic. He has also interned for The Honorable John W. Thornton, Jr. and The Honorable Jose M. Rodriguez, Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.
He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2021 and is a member of the Young Lawyers division of the Florida Bar.
