David Keller, a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) since 2001, recently achieved the rank of Advocate, in recognition of extensive cumulative jury trial experience throughout his career.

ABOTA is a national association of judges and trial attorneys who not only seek to preserve the jury system and the Constitutional right to jury trials but are also dedicated to improving ethical and technical standards in the field of advocacy. The Advocate rank is available only to members who have at least eight years of active experience as trial attorneys and who have tried a minimum of 50 civil jury trials to a jury verdict or hung jury as lead counsel.
