D. David Keller and Alan L. Landsberg, both founding shareholders in the trial law firm of Keller Landsberg PA, presented Avoiding Fee Disputes and Counter Claims for Legal Malpractice at the 2009 Bench-Bar Convention on October 16, 2009. Hosted by the Broward County Bar Association, the Convention was held at the Broward County Convention Center, which is located in the Port of Fort Lauderdale.
